Shipping:
Typically, all in-stock items are shipped within 24 hours of receiving
your order. It usually takes 3-7 business days for you to receive
your order. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship the following
Monday. The carrier used is UPS or USPS (see table below). There may
be duties or taxes charged on the products when they cross the border
depending upon the regulations of the country the products are being
shipped to. Customers are responsible for determining what products
are legal in their respective countries. If products are seized by
customs it is not the responsibility of Bodyworks Nutrition. At this
time, we only accept and ship orders within the continental U.S.A.
We are very sorry, but we are no longer able to except orders from
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, P.O Boxes, or military orders shipping
outside of the continental U.S.A.

Inventory:
We make every effort to stock all of the products we sell. Occasionally
inventory may be unavailable. You will be notified via email if any
of your items are back-ordered and given an approximate shipping date.
You will be given the opportunity to cancel your order, or wait for
the shipment to arrive. Your credit card is not billed until your
order is shipped. If your order contains multiple items, one or more
of which is back-ordered, you will not be charged for shipping the
back-ordered item(s).
Returning Items:
Any unopened product may be returned within 30 days of receipt for
a full refund. We WILL NOT accept any returns on already opened
items. Dissatisfaction with opened containers or manufacturer guarantees must be handled directly
with the manufacturer of the product. Shipping charges are non-refundable
and you are responsible for the shipping costs to return an item to
us. If a product was shipped to you in error, shipping charges will
be refunded. Orders Requiring re-shipment due to customer error, will
be charged a second delivery fee. Orders returned due to refused delivery,
will be charged a $8.95 handling fee.

When you place an order on this site, all information you transmit
including name, address, phone number, and credit card information

the checkout screen which signifies that you are using a secure connection
and any information you submit is secure and unreadable by anyone
else. We guarantee that every transaction you make at Bodyworks Nutrition
will be 100% safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges
are made to your card as a result of shopping at Bodyworks Nutrition.
Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable
for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold
you liable for any of this $50.00, Bodyworks Nutrition will cover
the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. Bodyworks Nutrition
will cover this liability only if the unauthorized use of your credit
card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at
Bodyworks Nutrition while using the secure server. In the event of
unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit
card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
